Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27517 (project gnustep):
What compiler are you using ?
Can you send the file obj/GSCategories.m.d ?
By the way, as a workaround you can edit
/usr/GNUstep/System/Library/Makefiles/config.make (or wherever your installed
config.make is) and change AUTO_DEPENDENCIES from YES to NO.
Let me know if that hack stops the problem.
