Follow-up Comment #3, bug #28465 (project gnustep):
I think this problem is the same as reported in #26438 (which also has a
little explanation for this bug, which is in -back and not in -gui).
As a workaround, I'm using the attached tiny tool. Compile and install the
tool, e.g., in /usr/GNUstep/Local/Tools, and then add the line
/usr/GNUstep/Local/Tools/SetUpGNUstepFrameOffsets
to your $HOME/GNUstep/Library/WindowMaker/autostart file.
