Details:
- Start GSTest. Select a test from the menu (e.g. NSButton-test)
- Note the test window does not initially have a Windows menu bar.
- Click inside the test window.
- The Windows menu bar will appear.
The GSTest test windows should either have menu bars right away, or not at
all.
