Details:
Invoking the "hide" functionality doesn't hide all windows of Gorm
steps to reproduce
* launch Gorm (openapp Gorm)
* choose the "Document > New Application" menu
-> the windows "Untitled-1", "My Window" and "Main Menu" appear. See attached

* choose the "Gorm > Hide" menu
-> the windows "Untitled-1", "My Window" and "Main Menu" hide, the windows
"Palettes" and "Inspector" remain on the screen. See attached

expected behaviour:
* all windows hide when choosing the "Gorm > Hide" menu like clicking on the
"show desktop" icon in the Windows XP task bar hides all windows. See
