Details:
Run the attached file in GSMarkupBrowser.
Enter text until you have a scroller.
(as on beforemoving.png)
move the SplitView separator bar down.
move the SplitView separator bar up, but not as much as you had it before.
You should see the same as on bugsplitview.png
