Follow-up Comment #9, bug #30026 (project gnustep):
I am just informing that it works for me with alternate timezone names MSD
for Europe/Moscow and SAMST for Europe/Samara by setting the environment
variable TZ. MSK and SAMT that Gnome sets for my timezones don't work.
