Very excited about the recent fix that prevents tooltips from losing focus on
the window.
Unfortunately, I think at that same time a problem was introduced where the
ToolTip creates an entry/item in the TaskBar (which goes away when the ToolTip
does).
Given a choice between the two I prefer the current behavior (since losing
focus is just plain bad), but ideally we can keep focus AND suppress the Task
Bar entry.
