Follow-up Comment #1, bug #31039 (project gnustep):
As I can see, this problem only occurs when the windows or panels are in a
gorm file, and when this gorm file is loaded at launch the app. All the apps
that have its interfaces in code (not gorm files) display the icons. Based
document apps that display an empty document at launch, display the appicon at
documetn window (even if the document is a gorm file). I think this is a
problem when the first gorm file (not a document) is loaded at launch.
