Details:
- Simple plist describing the project, with an abstraction layer mapping
high-level concepts to compiler flags.
- Easy per-file tweaking of these
- Per-target (OS / architecture / compiler) plist mapping these to
toolchains.
- Easy ability to add new toolchains (e.g. add edlc for Smalltalk code)
- Ability to distribute a bundle in source form, so the first time you run an
app on a specific platform it triggers the build tool to run and produce a
native binary
