as per discussion from #34454.
gnustep always sets windows loaded from XIBs as "visible at launch", because
the property is stored only kinda obfuscated.
i've attached two xib files that contain only just an empty window. one time
the window has the "visible at launch" property set, and in the other XIB
not.
it seems the "flattenedProperties" contains a
"NSWindowTemplate.visibleAtLaunch" element that should be used.
