Details:
a common "mistake" during NIB (XIB) file creation is to bind something to the
"value" of the NSTextFieldCell of a NSTextField instead to the "value" of
NSTextField itself. in cocoa this doesn't make any difference and works just
as fine. in GNUstep this leads to the following error:
No binding exposed on <NSTextFieldCell> for value
minimal xib attached
