from here:

http://ftpmain.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/core/gnustep-gui-0.23.1.tar.gz
http://ftpmain.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/core/gnustep-back-0.23.0.tar.gz
And install them one by one. Hope this help.
