Package gobjc. I don't know in wich version of Ubuntu is based Mint 15. But maybe is more easy add one of these repositories and install the packages: http://coyote.octets.fr/pub/gnustep/packages/ Also, seems like you are trying install with gnustep-startup package. This packages is old, try with separate packages. Regards.
