Follow-up Comment #3:
My current hypotheses for this problem is that it is caused by the image
caching. If the image caching happens during a print operation the code in
NSView _lockFocusInContext:inRect: wrongly uses the prining graphics context
for the caching. I still don't have an idea how to verify this and after that
fix it.
