On Debian, we still configure gnustep-make with CC=gcc but for Debian
packages we enforce the host compiler, <triplet>-gcc, so that it works
when cross-building.

For simplifcation of our build process, this is done for normal builds
too, so for example the compiler for a native build on amd64 is
x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc instead of /usr/bin/gcc. That's actually the
very same executable because /usr/bin/gcc is a symlink to the default
compiler /usr/bin/gcc-16 which is a symlink to
/usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc-16 (with /usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc
being also a symlink to x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc-16).

GNUstep Base has the same compiler mismatch test but issues only a
warning which I believe is the right thing to do, as the installer
should know what he's doing.

The attached patch downgrades the error to warning. I didn't
regenerate configure because due to Autoconf version mismatch the diff
becomes huge. Please do that yourself locally if you intend to apply
the patch.
