I am experiencing similar issues. In my case, some toolbars (i.e. the toolbar created by the web developer addon, a custom toolbar i have created) disappear when the privacy extension is enabled. I am I am quite sure the problem is related with the privacy extension because I did some test starting IceCat in safe mode and also with a fresh profile, and the problem happened only enabling the privacy extension. I do not know if the problems are due to a conflict between the addons or to something else, i.e. this known issue: http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/4865 http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1081300/jqmodal-and-nyromodal-will-not-work-w-jquery-1-3-2-and-firefox-toolbar-extension Somewhere I also read that similar problems are not with other operating environments (mine is a gNewSense 2.3 system).
