Like most add-ons, this one is just a zip file with a bunch of Javascript and XML in it, so the source code is in the add-on. If you mean that you can't find a source code repository for it, then I concur. It's not on mozdev.org at least.
Also like many other add-ons, it doesn't have license notices in the source code files, or even just a single LICENSE/COPYRIGHT file. The only clue we have that this add-on is actually free is the license notice on AMO.
You can help by contacting the copyright holder (author) to ask about these issues. The lack of repository is not so bad, but it would be great to have proper licensing.
