Both of those versions that you installed - 5.0 and 7.0.1 - are out of date. If you go to the Gnuzilla website (https://www.gnu.org/software/gnuzilla/) then you can find links to download version 10.0. Bear in mind that the whole point of IceCat is to provide a Free Software version of Firefox. Which plugins are you using to view Flash, Windows Media and Quicktime?
