The png image you attached displays a message from GNU LibreJS. It is for your protection: <https://www.gnu.org/software/librejs/> "It blocks nonfree nontrivial JavaScript while allowing JavaScript that is free and/or trivial." For sites that you trust and really want or need, it can be temporarily disabled: Tools > Extensions > GNU LibreJS > Disable or you can go to Tools > Extensions > GNU LibreJS > Preferences and add to the Whitelist.
