[Bug-gnuzilla] BUG: Tor doesn't turn off when Private browsing mode is disabled

I started using IceCat (31.2.0) on Trisquel 7 alongside Abrowser several 
days ago, but after I tried on private browsing mode (with Tor), Tor is 
still on even if the private window is closed. Strangely enough, it is 
still turned on even when IceCat is newly started and no private 
browsing window has been opened in the current session.
