IceCat uses a spoofed UA string to improve on privacy. Please do not
modify it on redistribution, as it defeats the purpose of the feature.

The string should be:
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0"
It also matches the TorBrowser UA string.
