SpyBlock uses a set of custom lists generated from EasyList and
EasyPrivacy, but customized so they only block requests based on the
request domain, and only if that domain is third-party. That is done to
avoid targeting advertising, but privacy trackers. With this changes,
self-served advertisement is preserved, as we have nothing against that.

If the users want to add add-blocking lists that is up to them.

I didn't include malware filters back then because there wasn't an
IceCat version for Windows at the moment, and afaik those filters are
based on Google's windows site malware blacklist. I'll look into
enabling them in the windows release of IceCat.
