[Bug-gnuzilla] URGENT: Development advice for IceCat 38

For the next release of GNU IceCat, please base it on Firefox ESR 38.0.2 and not 38.0.
Firefox 38.0.2 will contain the fix that disables ephemeral Diffie-Hellman cipher suites that are vulnerable to the logjam attack. Read https://github.com/martinthomson/disable-dhe/issues/2
