[Bug-gnuzilla] Icecat suddenly stopped playing flash videos

I am running Icecat 38.5.2 on OpenSUSE Leap and today I find that 
despite sharing the same plugin directory with Firefox it will not 
display Flash videos on Facebook. It comes up with a message to update 
Adobe Flash. I find the Firefox does play these same videos, both are 
using the same pepper flash plugin in the same plugins directory.

Anyone any ideas as to why please?
