Hi, I confirm the feeling of a serious loss of security and accessibility.
I was using this feature quite smoothly since few months without any problem. I didn't lost my cookie access list. Only strangely Firefox came accepting all cookies. (after upgrade) Passing from "asking for all cookies" to "accept all cookies"! That's why I'm looking at your list to follow if this limitation also merge into Icecat.
