Please can someone briefly explain the fundamental reason(s) for why there is a marked difference in size of source between the different versions. e,g,: at, http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/ftp.gnu.org/gnu/icecat/38.7.1/ icecat-38.7.1-gnu1.tar.bz2 2016-04-08 03:45 224M icecat-38.7.1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2 2016-04-08 03:38 45M Thank you for the insight.
