I managed to cross-build icecat 52.0.1 for windows, based on
http://jenkins.trisquel.info/icecat/icecat-52.0.1-gnu1.tar.bz2 with
several patches to make it compile.

I uploaded the packages to my server:
https://rpm.jenslody.de/icecat-win/

The binaries come without any warranty, they are not deeply tested.
I only did a quick test on a Win10 VM with 32Bit and on a real Win10
64Bit system.
At least mozillas addon-page (used to install uBlock origin and
uMatrix) and youtube seem to work without problems.

The zip-files are signed. You can get my pubkey (self-signed) from the
server or from keyservers like https://keys.fedoraproject.org .

It's the same key I used to sign this mail.

Feedback is of course welcome.
