I'd like to point out the extension uBlock Origin:

As you can see from the website it is explicitly released under the
GPLv3, but it's not included in your list:

I strongly suggest you include this extension in the list, since it
provides similar functionality to AdBlock Plus, but it does not leave
"acceptable ads" unblocked by default. It also seems to have a lower
memory footprint.
