the first thing that leaps to mind is that icecat is built upon the 'ESR' releases - firefox developer edition is a different browser, released nightly - so even if you succeed at this it would really not be "icecat" - it would probably better to use the abrowser or iceweasel recipes, depending on what distro you runl but those may not be compatible with the nightly release version either - in any case, this would probably need some expertise and tweaking -- http://gnuzilla.gnu.org
