Having bookmarks added to Bookmarks Toolbar, not displaying Bookmarks Toolbar you will not be able to see them after enabling Bookmarks Toolbar or after adding new item to Bookmarks Toolbar (when it appears automatically). Only restart of Icecat 60.3.0 will show bookmarks. Every time when you start Icecat 60.3.0 with disabled Bookmarks Toolbar you will not see bookmarks after enabling it. Restart is only method to see them.
