Dear GNU Icecat team,

I heard that Mozilla firefox uses Cloudflare DNS by default. Cloudflare looks 
like a pretty big privacy issue, supporting their DNS is almost the same as 
supporting Cloudflare. 

My question is "Does GNU Icecat use Cloudflare DNS by default and if this is 
not the case, which DNS provider does GNU Icecat use?".
