[patch #3521] Add options to exclude/include directories

Follow-up Comment #9, patch #3521 (project grep):

The latest release, grep-2.5.3, introduced the long awaited option- FTW. 

    --exclude-dir=PATTERN 
    directories that match PATTERN will be skipped.
