This is all news to me, maybe others as well. Wouldn't it make sense to
document it?
The IIRC is because I'm not sure how much of it is a bug, and how the
semantics differ from glibc's matcher. So I'm wary of documenting it
and setting it in stone before I have some time to understand if it
needs a fix.
