The Report-Msgid-Bugs-To address is for bugs in the msgid values, i.e., in the
English originals. So I don't see a bug there. Someone who finds a problem
with a particular localization (say, fr.po) can email it to the Language-Team
address, or perhaps the Last-Translator address.

although some of that is copied from "here" (I assume you mean
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs by "here") they are not copies; please check
that archive for a record of email sent to bug-grep.
I'll mark this bug report as "invalid" for now, but if I got it wrong please
follow up and I'll reopen it.
