Details:
The patch adds support for PCRE-JIT in grep. The aim of PCRE-JIT is to
accelerate the PCRE engine with just-in-time compiling support. I also added
the PCRE_NO_UTF8_CHECK, since UTF validation can be too costly for large
subject strings.
