Hmm. Within groff, only groff_www.man uses `.URL'. All other groff
man pages uses .UR and .UE exclusively, defined in `an_ext.tmac' (the
macros have been suggested even by you, IIRC). Given that UR/UE is
much more flexible, I'm not sure why .URL should be preferred (except
that it has a more mnemonic name).
