Regarding the devpdf driver (I have not checked the others), the codes used in
'U-*' fonts for the Romanian characters "LATIN SMALL LETTER T WITH COMMA
BELOW" and "LATIN CAPITAL LETTER T WITH COMMA BELOW", named tcommaaccent and
Tcommaaccent in postscript conventions, are wrong.
For tcommaaccent, the right code is u0074_0326. For Tcommaaccent, the right
code is u0054_0326. In groff version 1.22.2, the codes are u0074_0327 and
u0054_0327, respectively, with '7' instead of final '6'. These correspond to
the other character forms, using cedilla, not comma. The correct Romanian form
is using comma.
