Thanks. Changed category to `wishlist'.
However, I think it would be a bad change that in general, since it would
break reprocessing of all documents that apply a manual correction for
`quotesingle'. A better way would be to create a small macro package that
adds such kerning info on demand. I know that this is not possible currently
with groff, though.
