Follow-up Comment #1, bug #55924 (project groff):
Bug #57630 proposes a similar change, but to all three GROFF_*_PATH variables
that groff recognizes. I don't think it makes sense to change
GROFF_TMAC_PATH's behavior in isolation; either all or none of the three
variables should be changed. So I'd recommend this bug be made a dup of that
one.
