Follow-up Comment #4, bug #57813 (project groff): If i read the original submission correctly - as usual, Bjarni doesn't really explain properly what he is doing - he uses the groff-1.22.4 from the Debian package for testing. Of course, the test is expected to fail with that because the 1.22.4 release still contained that bug, and this test aims to make sure that the bug is fixed.
In any case, the remedy suggested by Bjarni is totally bogus. Of course the .AT macro is not supposed to come after a page transition. In fact, .AT usually is the second macro in a file, see https://svnweb.freebsd.org/csrg/lib/libc/gen/getgrent.3?annotate=47718 for a typical real-world example.
