doc/doc.am: use "-Kutf8" instead of '-k'
When the encoding is known, it should be used.
That uses less resources and produces less heat.
This will also matter,
when "preconv" no longer will be the first command in the pipeline
"groff" produces with the option '-s', see bug #59442 (and #55334).
Lines to change:
1)
&& $(DOC_GROFF) -k -Tutf8 -ge -me >$@
2)
&& $(DOC_GROFF) -k -Tps -ge -me >$@
