Details:
The pic preprocessor allows a pic image to be bookended by .PS and .PE, or by
.PS and .PF (a fact which bug #60504 seeks to make clearer).
Currently -mom supports .PS and .PE as start and end pic markers
(http://www.schaffter.ca/mom/momdoc/images.html#pic). It should also support
.PF (presently unclaimed in the -mom macro space).
