Sadly, excessive right brace escapes are semantically valid according to
src/roff/troff/input.cpp:5666-5674, so we sometimes need human eyes to catch
this class of problem.
(A different instance of this kind of mistake caused 20 test failures, so we
get _some_ machine assistance.)
