* src/utils/grog/tests/smoke-test.sh: Add test.
* src/utils/grog/grog.am (grog_TESTS): Run it.
(TESTS): Add `grog_TESTS`.
(EXTRA_DIST): Ship test.
Also update copyright notice in grog.am for congruence with others.
