Follow-up Comment #3, bug #61379 (project groff):
The subject "Detect ... "table wider than line" is misleading.
"tbl" already reports that, but gives no information about the line
length and width of the table.
I did not see any simple way to add that information to "tbl",
so I added it to the patch.
