Follow-up Comment #3, bug #61710 (project groff):

To expand on the previous comment: I think it makes sense for .sz to take a
second argument that _temporarily_ overrides the $v-specified leading, in the
same manner its first argument temporarily overrides the register-defined type
size.  But .sz shouldn't _set_ $v, as it doesn't set pp, fp, or their ilk: the
user should be prepared for _anything_ she sets with .sz to be clobbered with
any number of normal -me macro calls.

(That is, I can see the theoretical utility of such a second .sz parameter,
though I have no particular need of it myself.  And this should probably be a
separate feature request.)
