'-' is mapped by grohtml to '-', which is then represented by web browsers as
a Latin hyphen-minus, but manual pages normally want a hyphen in this case.
So the mapping should be &hyphen.
'\-' is mapped by grohtml to '&minus', which is then represented by web
browsers as some UTF-8 symbol, but manual pages always want a Latin
hyphen-minus in this case. Se the mapping should be '-'.
