Yes, but my advice in comment #4 to this bug was wrong because I forgot that
`TH` re-establishes the blank line and leading space traps (it has to, because
in batch processing man pages we might have wandered off to mdoc(7) land and
back).
Try adding this to /etc/groff/man.local.
