It says nothing that is not covered elsewhere.
* man/ditroff.7.man: Delete.
* doc/doc.am (GROFF_MAN_PAGES):
* man/man.am (man7_MANS, EXTRA_DIST): Stop processing, shipping.
* src/roff/groff/groff.1.man: Drop cross reference to it.
* NEWS: Add item.
