src/utils/lookbib/lookbib.cpp: Fix version string.
* src/utils/lookbib/lookbib.cpp: Doesn't make much sense to mark
Version_string as a C extern if you're just going to hide it in
a throwaway scope again. Remove braces, exposing it.
